Weight has been down since I got back from holiday, but I've been reluctant to record it in case it was just due to illness and would bounce up again. However I've been eating well the last couple of days, and weight's stayed around the same, so here it is. I think this means I should get a blue line 😀 When it edges below 143lbs, I'll do the 'start a new diet' thing, and set my final goal, yay! 😀😀😀
