DIL and I spent the entire day shopping yesterday. Went to 2 craft bazaars, 2 garage sales, a thrift store, and several other stores. Bought 2 new tops, some spices, and a few crafting items. Going to add some sparkle to some tops I've got. A girl has to sparkle you know. Did I ever tell you that glitter is my favorite color?? My brother got a nice 9 point buck yesterday, he will take it to the locker plant for processing today. The kiddos decided they did not want to go shopping with us, so I felt like I was forgetting something all day. They should NOT be big enough to stay home by themselves. Of course the guys were in and out to check on them, but mostly out. They are growing up too fast. *sigh* DIL and I split our lunch, orders stuffed mushrooms and steak fajitas. Turns out the mushrooms were battered and fried, but I still ate 1 and enjoyed every bite! Half of a flour tortilla filled with the meat and veggies with some sour cream. Up a pound and a half this morning!! What the heck?? Tomorrow is my weigh in. Not looking good for the home team! Speaking of home team....GO CHIEFS!
