You've been doing this for 6 months, it's not surprising you need a break. You're doing what you need to do and that ok.  

Hello LadyinDenim! I just signed on but I have serious doubts that I will do the program. My head is spinning all over but I have to do this! I like your honesty. I'm on your side for as long as I am here. 

Look at you though, you're lookin' good! You'll do what you need to do when you need to do it. You know this is as much mental as it is physical. Sometimes we need a break, a plateau to reset at the new normal, before you can pick it up and move down another step. Sending you support to do what you need to do. Correndo! 

We all are here to support you and your choice today - you will get encouraged once again 

Don't get discouraged. We all have "those" days. You'll be back in the zone soon. 

I think a lot of us are going through a similar thing..whether it's the time change, season change, or upcoming holidays. For me, I think it's wanting to focus more on other things besides what to eat, what the counts are, when to eat, blah blah blah. There has to be a way to make this just a part of life, not the main focus. Hang in there! 

Like most things in life, whether it be work, sport or indeed, diet, getting your head in the right place is what makes the difference. I am struggling in that respect myself, at the moment, but I can get there and so can you. 

I know sometimes it's hard to get back into it. We are all in this together and you will get there!
