Halloween!!!
Candy Candy Candy
What's a fatty to do?? Well, this is what we're gonna do.
Grab a little sandwich bag to keep in our pockets, any bag.
Each and every piece of candy we can't resist...
KEEP THE WRAPPER in that bag.
Just because we don't track it, doesn't mean it won't stick to the hips. Many of us do it, a quick candy, don't track it, it's almost as if it doesn't exist!
So keep that little baggy in your pocket, in your purse, nearby... Each candy we have, collect the wrappers... Don't forget, and don't lose track, and be honest with how much we're dipping our feet into the pool, or if we're diving right into to a giant sea of chocolate.
Nothing wrong with a piece here or there.. but that's it.. a piece...

I'm sure I'll have one here or there... I have no candy in the house, but work tomorrow will probably be doing something... It's ok though, if they have anything, I fit it into my calorie budget... I've lasted these past couple months by getting a SLIVER of birthday cake in the office when it's time....So I still participate and endulge, just very carefully :)

Lol! You sound like Garfiled...candy, candy candy. But that's a great idea. I'll be okay as long as i stay away from the Jolly rancher Crunch'n chew.
