Another small loss, but enough to get me into the next decade!! That's the good news, the bad is that the weight loss and corresponding drop in BP has caused the other carotid artery to become blocked. CT scan Monday to confirm. No symptoms, so hopefully I can just continue to live with it -- guess that's one of the "advantages" to getting older, things just start to go. Worrying about it won't help, though, so I'll just wait for the test results and follow-up with doctor.

Thanks, DMZ and erika! Had the CT scan yesterday and will get results on the 10th (since I'm not having any symptoms, I guess they don't rush the results! lol) I like the way they always say "if you have any problems before then, call us or go to emergency. Duh!! Weight is up a little but I'm not recording it because of the extra fluids I drank to help flush the contrast dye, and the fact that I really didn't do anything in the way of exercise, just napped most of the day after the test, combination of stress from having the test and no sleep the night before. Hopefully things will be back on track by end of the week.
