I have a tendency to go up and down with my weight. The beginning of Oct i had a crown done, to which my lower partial had to attach. The dentist has had a very hard time getting my partial and the crown to match up, and i am making my fifth visit to the dentist this Monday the 31st. In the meantime (since Oct 6th) i have been unable to use my partial, so have been eating only soft food that doesn't need chewing. I would have thought that would help me lose but, instead, i have gained 2 pounds! I guess ice cream, mashed potatoes and gravy, well-nuked zucchini, scrambled eggs, etc., are not conducive to weight loss.
