This is so true. Sometimes I make good choices, other times not. I must forgive myself for the wrong ones and not give up on myself.

lizzy agatha, yes Deepak has discussed diet on his website and has done short videos. He also did a 21 day meditation challenge called shedding the weight. I enjoyed the meditations so much that I purchased them afterwards. the meditation challenges are free. there is actually one starting on Oct 31st called Creating Peace from the Inside Out.
