My calorie intake is so low the past few days, I wonder why I bother eating at all. Will consider another extended fast soon.

I am grateful that my granddaughter, who broke her arm on Tuesday, is not experiencing pain since her casting.

I hear ya! I'm getting to the point where I can't be bothered to cook because it's just not worth the time. Happy to hear the granddaughter is pain free.

Glad to hear about your granddaughter, nothing worse than watching a child in pain. I always want breakfast, but after that I find myself eating either because I think I should or just because I want something, not because I'm hungry. Looking forward to the beast challenge next week! Have a good day!

I know you feel about. Ugh. Such a shame for your grandchild.. we just love them so much. Had the eldest all day as he had to be at home due to school fire. Later had both grandsons until evening. Came home feeling exhausted.

She was jumped off the swing at the school playground. "I didn't know I was that high that I would get hurt." She broke her right arm Tuesday, and broke her left arm two years ago after she fell while running on the sidewalk. She had therapy for torticollis (difficult birth), and I think she still has balance issues.
