Did the liquid protein for 2 days and most of the third. Seems to have me moving again. DH and I ate out for the first time since my surgery. I worried there would be nothing on the menu that I can have at this stage. I ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich. Just ate the meat and cheese with a little of the peppers and onions. Chewed really good. Tasted delish. I ate too fast again, so had some after effects, but all in all a successful first time at a restaurant. Hope you are all having a good weekend.
