Still trying to put on weight/muscle while losing fat! It isn't easy but I'm getting there. Started at 187 and about 17%. Still losing fat slowly, I'm now at about 13%, but gaining the weight back from 168 to 185 is tougher, I've only gained a few pounds, I hover between 175-177. Once I get to my fat goal 10-11%, I'm going to increase my calories by 5% per week and see what happens.
