Hour and a half leisurely walk today, very overcast and muggy!

Hoping for some better weather over the next couple of days as I will be visiting my daughter (without other half!) :)

I will continue to log my food intake though, and will try to stay on straight and narrow!

I had a lovely day today ... had a text from chloe last evening asking if she could spend the day with me today! So she caught a bus from Buckfastleigh over to Newton at 7.45am so she could walk Jack to his new engineering course at SD tech. Then she caught a bus to Paignton. I met her down in town. We had a lovely day together shopping, lunch etc (David was at work!!). Then I took her back to newton so she could meet Jack again after college. They were then going to his nans for tea and then to army cadets. Quite sweet really. So I did lots of walking round.
