it be while since few days ago last i have post due dizzy issues.. it was really awful week and weekend..

the dizzy cause vertigo which it not from ear infs. but found a small stroke in inner middle ear cause severe vertigo. and i end up in er for 1 1/2 days and have alot of blood test, alot of IV pumping me, took MRI twice.. from sunday and monday... which they gave me blood thinner at beginning of sunday night which took first MRI which they found small blood clot in the Inner middle ear cause mini Stroke that trigger severe vertigo.. which they said they caught very early. and after in monday afteroon i took 2nd MRI to recheck to see there not any blood clot.. it just disapper after i took blood thinner.. but i look so much since few days of nightmare dizzy. so they discard me to sent home on monday night and stay rest at home allday on tue.

so far since now i feel so much better.. much less vertigo(dizzy).. i dont feel much dizzy , just lighthead.. . and i noticed i lost more weight from 220 to 214 in few day. since now i stopped doing 30 day chanllged due health issues.. so far i still on reg LCHF diet for now.

i am very gald i am allright .. and i am to young have a mini Stroke.. i am only 31 year old.. and that lucky they caught it early before get worse if i didnt go er more than 5 days of severe dizzy!

but i have alot to do to make appt of doctors, ENT doctor, my family doctor and community hospital to recheck on me to how i am doing so far.
