Day 12 - LCHF - On the mend

I'm feeling a bit better today. Still have a little headache, I added extra salt to my breakfast eggs. My stomach seems to have slowed it's roll... lol. And my TOM is manageable.

No real plans for the weekend. I bought too much meat last week (what a pity). So I will probably be portioning it out and freezing it (or better yet, make some meals and freeze 'em). If it's not un-godly hot, I might try to clean my car (inside and out); SO wants to sell it before it hits 100k miles. I've only got about 2k before that happens.

I've decided to continue with the LCHF lifestyle after my 2 weeks challenge is complete. I might not journal EVERY day, like I have done so far for this challenge. The more I read about sugar and carbs and how the body uses them for energy, makes me want to continue to limit them. I might not stay as strict (under 35 has been my goal for this challenge), but I would like to keep my carbs lower than "normal". I'm thinking under 50g a day (I could have my yogurt back!), and see how that goes for a while. I've still got two more days for my "official" challenge, but I can definitely see how this could be a permanent lifestyle change for me. Gotta get the SO on board and the tiny human. It's a bit easier since I do all the grocery shopping. If I don't bring it in the house, maybe it wont be there.
