Reminds me when I was in college, I would do my algebra different than everyone else. I would get the same answer tho. The professor kept telling me I was doing it wrong. Was I really? What difference does that make? I never, ever needed algebra outside of school. If they taught sacred geometry I'd would have never stopped learning that! So, I teach myself. LOL 

Yes Yes Yes! What works for me is great for me. What works for you is great for you. What works for everyone is what they can stick with! 

Also... 8+1=9... cuz I like to be different.

Bill, that's basically what I have been doing. I love nature, science and experiments :) I found what works for me :)

M,Jae, The moment I totally accepted myself and that I am enough, the weight came off. I eat whole foods, nothing is off limits. I eat high calorie and high fat. very little exercise

For every paved road there's a bumpy dirt trail origin! You are awesome and thank you for continuing to promote free will and open mindedness. That is why I joined this site. I've done WW, and all sorts of other "Diets", Nutrition Plans, etc. I have enough people in my "real" world preaching at me everyday, so it's wonderful to be among "FRIENDS" that "support" positively my success's and failure's without judgement, only encouragement. We all know that ultimately it's what we choose to do that makes the difference.
