My husband and I had a wonderful time at El Rancherito Restaurant with the Crossroad's Hosp. Senior group. Never new about Spinach Enchiladas. I had them and loved them; eat 2/3 of my meal. Was under my RDIs today; which makes me even happier. Well eat the rest of it tomorrow night. If any of you are ever in Mount Vernon, IL. you have to eat there.

My exercise afterward was shopping around town looking for Sketchers. Their going to be a Birthday present from my husband; he can be very thoughtful.
