Not sure if I will be able to get to Insanity today. I have to get ready and take my ex husbands mother out today.
I will try to get to it but we will have to see what time I get back.
Yes, I know. My ex husbands mother.
She called several months ago ( maybe almost a year ago ) and wanted to keep in touch and go out when we could. I feel bad for her. She has three kids that are all pretty selfish and don't spend the time with her that they should.
My ex is the worst he moved to Ks City and won't ever call her or even return her calls.
So I do my best to give her someone she can turn to ( no matter how odd ) and try to make her feel important.
No one should feel like there is no one in their lives that they can't depend on.

I am so sore from Insanity but I am happy about that. For a while I have felt like I have not been pushing myself in my workouts and that I was not really doing any good so I am happy that there is something that can kick my butt! Tho I don't see how they think anyone can do this three days in a row, lol it is killing me!
