As promised I weighed myself this morning - post wee and pre clothes....obvs! haha!
But my nasty scales still recorded that I have gained quite a lot of weight in the last 10 months...weight now is 13st 7lb 8oz or 189.8lb or 86.1kg whichever!!! They all mean the same - I have gained. It has been fun to a certain extent but now is not fun at all, eating anything which I know contains fat or sugar is no longer a pleasure but a torture I can't seem to rid myself of....so today I am starting the slow change back to a healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Exercise is consistent - at least 3 spins a week - will try and up this - dog walking every day - will pick up my pace. Alcohol is out, which for me is a biggie as I love a glass of wine.....or 5 and my part time job is in a pub so will also knock the pork scratchings, nuts and crisps on the head...a good start me thinks.
Have to now get my head around my diet and how I am going to tackle the 'sugar thing' I have going on....I am a true sugar addict - at least 2 heaped teaspoons in every cuppa - and at least 5-6 cuppas a day.....it's gonna be very hard.
Now cropping lots of summer veg out of the garden so will buy some salmon and chicken and start having simple filling meals..try and keep the starchy carbs low and up lean protein and veggies.......let's see how the next few days go. will probably record a journal every day to start with so any words of encouragement form anyone will help greatly.
