Just started a pot of chicken bone broth to break fast tomorrow.

In the future, I will not work on the fifth day fasted. I was alert and approachable, confident and communicating well, but I was less efficient than usual. I also dropped things and spilled water all over my cart.

Working on day 5 is wasting the bliss.

Physically, I feel great. High energy, cheerful.

Am breaking fast tonight. Grandkids are here. Ages 2, 6, 7, and being noisy and energetic. Time to debliss.

LOL Lady, it's cuz you were high, I have noticed a more than usual bout of clumsiness in myself when on an extended fast, I'm happy enough to dance but instead of two left feet, I have three, if I ever actually fell down I would be laughing so hard that I would not be able to get back up!

Thanks for the feedback, Deb. Good to know someone else had a similar experience. About the grandkids, they are so lively I have no choice but to get fit in order to keep up 💞
