SSSSSoooooo after making ALOT of bad food choices over the last year and a whole lot of miserable excuses and A MASSIVE change in my life I have decided that I have to take control for what is happening to me. It is my decision to put the food and alcohol into my stomach and it has gone past being pleasurable...I feel guilt, alot of confliction and mostly ashamed and very fat. I am lucky enough to be fit and active and the spinning is still going as strong as ever......I have a few spinning goals to keep me going for the next 6 months but then in June next year daughter number 2 gets married and for my outfit I will need to be trim and have a waist....So today is me writing down my realisation that something has to change..I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and start planning my menu changes. Alcohol consumption will cease at the end of today and my aim is to not drink any alcohol (or at least a minimal amount)until I go to the Canaries in September for my spinning training holiday...things have to change......Will update regularly. If anyone has any tips they will be gratfully received.
