This may not be food related, but it is something I think about every once in a while.
When I used to be on FB, I'd say over 3 yrs ago, there was a site that posted inspirational thoughts, stories and quotes. Can't remember the name of it any more.
At one point one of the writers style changed to more into like a beautiful style I had never read before. This writer would always touch my heart to what really matters in life. All I knew about the man was he was older and lived somewhere in NY. Sadly he passed away shortly after. I was reading a dying person's thoughts, dreams, and wisdom and didn't know it at the time. Sorry, I can't remember his name at the moment, but he remains in my memory. His words were calming and healing to me.
Again, it isn't just diet and exercise that heals us. It is so much more than that. It takes our mind, body and spirit.
We are here to help and teach others along our journeys. So, let's be kind to each other.

I read your post and thought, "I love you, Colleen." And then I looked down and saw that HCB had just posted the same thought. That is the feeling you inspire in others. I still can't believe how well you carry on so positively in life, when you have been through so much. You are a truly wonderful person, and we here are all lucky to have you with us.
