Yesterday I stopped writing my caloric intake when I stopped i consumed over 3600 calories , I am done writng my calories , being put in ptsd war mode and the medications 3 tiny pills I accually joined as I was on 1200 and trainer wanted me at 2500 now its all over , now when i see what this incident did to my sould my body my mind adding my intake is just adding to my ptsd by being pulled out of a water class by gun point for what a wrong parkingspace which I was entitled to be in then came death threats and as some know i ended up in woods thinking i was in war , yesterday i had to stop the counting though It is excellent way for you guys to track for me its creating anger of how i was mistreated and not good for me if my journal entries offended anyone i am sorry for my actions but for past4 days i was not LOU I was usmc sniper LOU in a war in my mind , I met wonderful people here I hope in future I can go back where I was 5 days ago I am praying IAM BROKEN AND NEED SERIOUS HELP FROM THIS TRAUMA I HAVE NO BUISNESS HERE NOW IN THIS MINDSET THE YMCA PUT A DECORATED COMBAT VET IN AND YES I STILL GETTING DEATH THREATS FROM ROUMERS
