I am feeling really proud this morning, not really sure why, other than I am seeing progress in my numbers and just amazed at how easy LCHF is. Rarely feeling hungry and not letting food be my master. I am less occupied with the next meal and on top of things. My energy levels are quite high and I love the support and reading through your journeys. It keeps me motivated. Thanks Jenn

That's amazing! Even if the numbers were still steady you are feeling so much better and at the end of the day that's what matters most :) Keep it up!
