Here's a thought I've had my whole life. I know it doesn't make sense. - No matter who or what happened bad in my life, I never sought revenge. I KNEW that I didn't want to turn out like them. Years later... I can look at them and smile :) They didn't destroy me, it made me a better person because of it :)

Sugar, I continue to try and understand myself. I would never be any other way, but my love sometimes conflicts with hedonistic thoughts, like many men are conflicted by. We are sometimes trapped by the messages promulgated from between our legs. It keeps us always just a bit "out of control". lol

There are so many here that have had their "lives" taken from them, but are miraculously still alive. Their survival, that they bring forward a very valuable lesson to all of us. Do you ever notice that their message always includes LOVE and forgiveness? Warren, thanks for sharing.

The moment I truly accepted and loved myself, the weight finally started to release. I noticed even tho I did have some gains under stressful times and holiday indulgences, I haven't gained it all back, plus some for the first time ever
