Hunter: I have lost 60 lbs while allowing myself and almost daily hit of very dark chocolate. It keeps me sane! to a degree anyway. 13 g of 87% chocolate has very few- 3 If I recall right- grams of carbs. If it's important to you, go for it. It's also got some superfood creds -high in anti-oxidants; and it soothes the brain!

Sucks about the pool!! Especially since it's your therapy? I do like those Atkins bars, haven't had one in a while, but I always liked the Caramel Nut Roll and the chocolate coconut one like a Mounds Bar! I think it's awesome you went with a health product instead of a straight up candy bar!!

Our Jacuzzi was a few thousand, 3-5, and we can't live without it. Setup payments, install 220 electrical, and they last 7-10 years. Bought ours at the Fair, but people sell them used for good deals if you can move them. We have had two different ones over the last 12 years or so. We love it!

so ya husband is bed ridden. I stretched in the am and popped something in my back. my pool died and I was stupid with food HA HA HA HA OMG such a dumb day. lessons learned. kinda funny that I'm babying husband but no one ever baby's me (pity party over here lol) but really I'm not that worried about it.
