I swore I would never do another food challenge. But, I would like to be a part of Knuckles' experiment doing the I F Beastmode Challenge. I will not be weighing in till the 30th. I will post 2 measurements. I'm pleased with them since it's been a couple months since I last measured. My waist: 28 1/4". My hips: 37". I will be using those measurements to compare at the end of the challenge for my results. I think it's also good to see if there is other changes to report than just the number on the scale.
