I squeeeeeeezed into my size 24 jeans today. Never mind the muffin top, I got them up over my butt easily, b-u-t-t-o-n-e-d, and zipped! Last time I tried, they wouldn't raise up past my thighs.

I like being on plan. When I go out in the world, I feel less judged because I know I am doing something about my problem.

I guess that statement is evidence that the one doing the judging was me.

Great job in getting into those jeans! I've found once you can get them on and fastened, it gets easier to lose the next few lbs. to actually make them comfortable to wear!! Keep at it, you can do this!!!
