Thank you, Carmen! Love that song!!!! I'm talking... I'm running on 2 hours of sleep, and feel like the queen of the world! WoooooHooooo!!!! I'm so high on ketones! KMSL! I hope I can sleep tonight, maybe I won't feel too good to shut my eyes again...lol. I laid there for hours just resting and smiling last night. Sounds crazy, but boyyyy does crazy feel good!!!! 

No doubt, it's easy to stray but you just have to catch yourself before you've gone too far for too long. Have I mentioned that I'm glad you're back?

Phil... nothing out of the way intended, but I love you, mane! I feel so bad for leaving now, bc I know I'd be completely lost without you! OK... must be the ketones talkin'! 😂 I don't think I could ever leave keto without jonesing to get back, no matter how long. It feels too freakin good & is my drug of choice! 😁 Yep, Debra! Maybe one day we'll all meet and cruise on down to the beach! 😉  

Hey, the feeling is mutual, you really helped open my eyes about the true power of LCHF, I just knew Atkins mantra before you and Mahjohn freely gave me all the help I needed. I am truly thankful!  

Wow! Really?! I never knew... It's nice to know that someone was actually listening to my rants! 😁 

Yep, really. lol I thought I knew the business just from reading Atkins Diet Revolution and New Diet Revolution, two great reads, btw, and great primers on low carb, but Atkins is just the tip of the iceberg, as you know, LCHF/Keto/IF, I mean, damn, yes, yes, and yes, I say there are no secrets, and really there ain't, but it's not common knowledge, not intuitive, and there are legions of people fighting it every step of the way. I feel sorry for people won't accept the help they're offered, for whatever reasons they refuse, because it's truly a game-changer and levels the playing field.  

Did I mention, I love you mayne! We click like chips n dip, or should I say pork skins n salsa! 😂 I went backwards. I found LCHF/KETO (Art and Science of LC Living & dietdoctor.com mainly) first and then decided to read Atkins NDR. I flipped through that sucker & saw fruit and wheat bread, and threw it over to my sister telling her that would be a great pm ace for her to start. I feel sorry for them too, Phil. I've got a couple of friends that I truely care about that are about to kill themselves with cardio & obsessing about restricting calories with no results. I'm talking stressing and raising cortisol to the extreme Max. My favorite quote "Continuing to do the same things expecting different results is insanity." I mean... yea there are ppl that can lose doing it the hard way, but there are some who can't. *singing* "...but why would you really want too" lol  

Phil and jenny i second that also...you guys are so right....my head hurts from banging it against the wall all the time....even our loves one refuse to accept and they can see the results. 

Fred...I sometimes wonder if it's not that they don't accept it, but just refuse to give up the "drug". People can get down right fighting mad when you tell them it's got to go. Have you ever tried taking alcohol from an alcoholic?? Yea... Anywhooo... I'm trying to come to terms with "live and let die". That's a rough statement, but it's reality sometimes. We can't drive ourselves COMPLETELY mad when we have no control over it. My main focus now is just teaching my children the right way. My 12 yr old came home from school a couple of weeks ago & said,"Mama, you know my health teacher told the class today how bad fat was for us??" Me,"What do you say?" Him,"Nothing. I just laughed." 😊
