Oh My Word!!!! I have found the perfect snack to replace potato chips!!!

If you haven't tried this then please do! This is the first time that I have ever had KALE. We just tore them into pieces, drizzled a really light drop of oil on them and baked in the oven and they turned crispy! Then added some Fruit Chutney popcorn flavoring and it tastes so damn good! There's a slight bitter after taste but that I can live with because my 25g serving is only 12 calories!!! I havnt counted the flavoring used but that shouldn't be too high as I used very little.

Please try it and let me know what you think. This just might be the ideal solution for nibbling and munching on.

Kimmy that's the reason I put the pic after I weighed up my serving of 25g because I wanted to show just how much volume you get for that weight compared to potato chips. I bought it from Foodlover's Market for R8 a bunch which gave me +/-55g after baking in the oven. Please Google "KALE" to learn about it and how to prepare it. Its really easy but you got to time it because it will get crisp fairly quickly then it will burn.

Love kale chips BBO. Some health stores also have the pre-made version. A little butter salt is also great when making them at home.
