I haven't checked in in the last couple days except for my exercise and food tracker. Found out Saturday that I've lost 8 pounds! Yayness! I celebrated by going out for a steak dinner that night and ordered a steak, side salad and applesauce (rather than the normal loaded baked potato). I ate half the salad and half the steak and all of the applesauce. Also had a strawberry banana margarita. Well deserved if I do say so myself! I felt very accomplished and after that dinner didn't feel guilty for the first time in IDK how long. I get my 2 new Jillian Michaels workouts today in the mail. I can't wait to try them out. I am still doing the 30 day Shred, however, I am doing both level one and level 2. Level one I don't feel accomplished anymore, but when I do level 2, I sweat so much more and I am so much more tired after doing both that I feel accomplished. Down fall to this? I have to wash my hair every day, which is bad for my hair because it isdry to begin with. Boo! Yay for weightloss. I can't wait to see the inches start melting away from my waist instead of my face. But no complaints from the face department either! <3
