Hey everyone just wanted to do a quick post to keep you all in the loop. Passed my drug test for the nursing program, I knew I would the worst I do is tylenol. Just got my schedule for fall in the mail and I am down a total of 22 lbs. How exciting is that. Gonna be hard to stick to the exercise in the fall with class sometimes 6 days a week but I will work it out. To all you ladys I must admit i have not exercised in about a week. I dont really usually have a TOM due to the birth control shot I get called Depo. I usally spot for 1 maybe 2 days but that is it. Well it came fierce this month, its been 7 days and heavy with bad cramps. So needless to say I cant bring myself to do my taebo. I will get back to it as soon as this is all over but as for now it is just not going to happend. Hope you all are having a smashing week and a beautiful day. Take care everyone.
