I'm taking a day off from Zumba today. I have a lot of chores to do around the house, I'll probably take DiHappy's advice and zumba while cleaning, lol. that sounds like a whole bunch of fun, hope NOBODY has a video camera, lmao! Have a great Sunday to all and see ya tomorrow :-). Remember to smile, it makes people wonder about you and laugh, it makes people wonder if you are crazy(I'm crazy, by the way,lol)!

Your doing great!! How many times a week are you doing Zumba? I can only make one class a week because of the times the classes are offered. And sometimes can't make that because of my son having football game at the same time on the same day. grrrr, but family first. i do go to the gym every morning at 4am but nothing works like Zumba!

I try to keep at it 5 days on one day off. I have the dvds, so I can do it whenever. I did try to zumba while cleaning, I dropped one of the cat's dishes, it's metal so it didn't break, but made a helluva racket in this quiet house, lol! I can't make it to classes, cause I can't drive(seizures), and afraid of having seizure in class, so at home "Hakuna Matata", no worries!
