Day 6.... Fun day in San Diego with my bro and his fam...actually staying down here for a couple days which I am so looking forward to. BUT...am going a little crazy with out a scale or food scale. Still making good eating choices but just gonna do the best I can on estimating portion sizes and nutritional values. Trying to let go of my obsessive compulsive ways. LOL

I'm worried about that when we go on vacation... Fortunately, we're just going to my parents, which means a lot of home cooked meals, maybe only a few dinners out. Thought about bringing my food scale... Although they'll probably look at me like I'm crazy, lol! Hope you have a great time with your family!

Hi Laura. I love it down there, especially Ocean Beach. I went to Trader Joes, and bought the Three Crème Blue Cheese, which was the same price as the Stilton Blue Cheese, and I bought that too. Also bought the Smoked Gouda Danish Cheese. I love all that stuff. Have a nice time with your brother. We like to go to Sea World! That is where I saw my Apple cell phone for the last time. I left it on the car top, when sea gulls pooped on my car, I got distracted by the cleaning of my car, and it went bye, bye for good, when I drove off. lol
