I find it so much less stressful not to log my food.. I have pretty much trained myself how to eat. and not snack on crap throughout the day. Not logging my food has kind of lifted stress off my back.. I had a good workout today too and the scale has not gone up throughout the day either. (i weigh myself periodically to see where my weight differs).. and surprisingly it hasn't even gone up and it usually does.. especially after a workout or after i eat. hoping to see a loss tomorrow.. even if its a small one. =)

I know what you. I stopped logging and now im not stressed anymore. My husband says I eat like a wounded bird. Picking at my food. I break the meal down into a single lerson portion then wgen I go to eat it I break it in half. I put the rest away for a different meal. My mom freaked out when I did this at applebees the waiter was even stunned.

Yea i swear ever since I stopped logging I havent been obsessing! lol its less stressful i realize i can make smart decisions on my own. I dont eat much either anymore lol and really nothing unhealthy at all. I take forever at the grocery store looking at the labels on everything! its crazy how we can train our bodies!
