Hi guys! I did a bad, bad, bad thing today. I have been setting up a Mother's day thing for my Mother, I rented her a house about two acres from mine, she has been living in a camper next door to me for two years and while it's 35 feet long, it's still cramped living quarters. Our neighbors had made noise about renting out their hunting cabin but had never really attempted to rent it out. It's charming, spacious has a screened in back porch and it's in pristine condition. So! I told Mom two days ago and she was so excited that she has not been able to sleep. Today was phase 1 of moving day and I packed up her food and dishes and hauled them next door, next was her clothes, TV and computer. Hubby wasn't able to help because he had hired a guy to help him fence the big pasture at the front of the property and time is money, we gotta get another pasture fenced before the other two calves are weaned. So everyone is working hard and Mom decided to run to town for some coasters (the house is fully furnished with lovely wood tables) She came back with 4 pizzas to feed everyone. It was 6pm, well into my eating window and I was famished. I thought, well one piece won't hurt....yeah right, it's a TRIGGER FOOD! And she's off!!!! I ate 4 huge slices of pepperoni pizza and I am so bloated and gassy right now...I will have a carb hangover in the morning and I hope and pray I can fall right back into line and not have to go through all of those crappy cravings and binge control measures! She forgot that we weren't eating that stuff anymore, hubby is in the same shape I am, his tummy hurts. I did not go over my 1466 calorie limit, or eat outside of my eating window, but I do have a whopping 140 carbs today. Here's to hoping I work hard enough tomorrow to burn it off!

LOL NM! I am not poopooing the excellent BPC, I love the stuff and I swear by it, trying to get hubby to try some, they keep slapping him with high cholesterol drugs and I know the coconut oil would bring his good stuff up. I think he already has the triglycerides down just leaving off the bread and sugar. And, I'm back on track, I didn't have any grindage fallout from the pizza, we will see Wednesday if it affected my weight loss, if I'm up...lesson learned (again) If I'm down...maybe an occasional high carb day is in order, if I stay the same....that's great too :)!

If you are down, then you missed a bullet. You felt gassy and bloated remember? LOL!! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

LOL!!! I was thinking that a bit of carb cycling may be in order, I think the gassy and bloated thing were directly related to the wheat flour in the crust, I can carb cycle with whole unprocessed veggies (sweet potatoes comes to mind) that I avoid now.....I wasn't considering adding a pizza fest into my diet every couple of weeks! I don't like the way wheat makes me feel so it will continue to be on my avoid list.
