You really have to look at the psychological advantages, plus I'm telling you, get some of that Stilton Blue Cheese, and Smoked Gouda, chip off a few chunks with that wine, and you will reap the rewards of that extraordinary feeling in your taste buds. Not a lot of calories, but just incredible taste.
