One pound gain, I know that it has to be fluid since I feel like I have an UTI. I am trying not to get discourage, but I have worked so hard as has everyone else. I have got to accept these plateaus as part of the loss process. I am just disappointed in the fact that I did not get my 2 pound loss by this Friday. I did eat another Atkins bar last night and I am going to swear off of them until I get to maintance. I am currently in my 4th week, which ends on October 11th. I am pledging today to no snacks after dinner, I need to provide my body with time to flush the fat out during the night without having to flush out a snack?? Today, I don't feel as positive about reaching my goals..I do not want to go to the track at all, I am dreading it. I need motivation, or is it the time where I usually quit. It would be so easy to settle for a 214 pound body there are people out their that weighs more than me plus they is still many sizes that I can grow into in the plus size..I don't know maybe it is just a down day, I am going to force myself to walk and hopefully this will help with my emotions.
