I realized last night that I want to use Tyler's wedding as the motivation. It's 32 weeks from now, I would like to be at 180, that means I have to lose 1.875 a week. The only way I can do that is to really kick up the exercise. But when I am working 10-12 hours per day, how do I find the time to do that? Well that's the question....
