This is my second week of dieting. I'm not feeling as positive as I did last week. I had company over the weekend and although I didn't eat as much, I did eat some carbs. Feeling down.

The first few weeks takes some adjusting just keep in mind it won't happen over night. Dedication and hard work is the only way!! Don't be down just pick yourself up and start again. You can do this. :-)

Don't be so hard on yourself sweetie! If this is only your second week of dieting, that means this is only your second week of a lifestyle change, and you are going to slip up occasionally. Its ok. It happens. That just means you gotta exercise a little bit more to accommodate for the few extra carbs. No big deal. Its not a make or break situation here. Cheer up Buttercup. :) Don't live in the past. Today is a new day, and a new day will bring a new endeavor.

Keep going. Remember, it's a long term process. A mistake here and there isn't going to hurt you if you are on track most of the time. Keep focused.

Dust yourself off and keep going! I had a mega cheat day last Sunday before starting a challenge. (You'd be frightened if you saw all I ate) Did I gain nearly 5 lbs overnight? Yup. Did I have to restart induction the day after I binged? Sure did! BUT, the import thing is to not let one bad day be your ruin. You are worth sooooo much more than that! I'm still about a pound from my weight a week ago, but that's okay. Keep trying and keep moving forward! We're here for ya!
