I am feeling really blessed. I am in that wonderful place where determination and diet meet and I am seeing results! I weigh in at TOPS in two days and I know that I'm going to be down at least three pounds, making my so-far loss at 10 pounds. I am aiming for a thirty five pound loss by Christmas.

This is what I'm doing:

Six weeks ago I learned that the TV show "Biggest Loser" was going to start on September 20 so I started to psyche myself up to follow along. I went on vacation and returned on the 19th, ready to go. I had success in the past with the Atkins diet, but only when I was 100% strict, so I made the committment to giving it my all. And like I said, it's working!

So I hope that you all find your 'happy place' and start losing your weight, too!
