Ugh, I am really having trouble pulling it together! Been off protocol for pretty much the last week.......I'm wasting time, I gotta figure out how to get back in gear!

I tried HCG in September with insane cravings and couldn't get past day 3. I restarted last week with a different HCG- this time I used a better kind, still sublingual, but has amino acids and less alcohol in the drops...I think its much better, because so far-at day 4- hunger has been MUCH MORE tolerable. And the weight loss is awesome. I think it's just trial and error, but I still believe in HCG.

I am using the injections and I found that I needed to up my dose. Once I did, by the second day, staying on protocol was easy again!
