I am almost scared as I enter this weight...what if it's an illusion? All I can say is Bulletproof coffee anyone? It's the only thing that was different from yesterday to today. I made it for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually good. I stepped on the scale this morning just to see what was up, and bam! P.S. I don't think I could make this every day though. I think it will be a weekender kind of thing. **Happy Dance...I'm in the 80's...I'm about to make a playlist: Eurythmics, Blondie, Culture Club and Journey...HAPPY DANCE**

Good job Diva, bur I have a laugh for you. I have weighed the same for the past three days and figured my scale was broken.. Weighed in the same this AM. Went to Costco after and bought a new scale. I bring it home and weigh in on my new scale. Sure enough I lost a pound. Just for the heck of it I stepped on the old scale, I lost one pound on that one two. Some how the trip to Costco made me lose. I really can't afford going every week as it usually is a $300.00 plus trip each time. LOL

Diva, sometime ago I saw a response to a post similar to yours about being worried that the new weight wasn't "real". I can't recall the exact wording...but it was to the effect that it might not be permanant...but that it WAS there and even if it slipped away for a few days, you know it's possible to get to this number because you've seen it with your own eyes. Congrats on the loss and keep up that downward descent!
