I am not starting this month out very well. First off I slept less than 4 hours last night. I know it was more like 2, I went to bed at 3 and was up at 7 but I didn't sleep much in that time. I know when I do that, the next day I have a tendency to over eat which was a big problem for the past few weeks. Well, to top things off, after I had breakfast and my girlfriend left for work I found a box of Girl Scout cookies she had bought. I asked her not to buy stuff like that for the house but she always over buys food. She has this idea that the more stuff she buys the more she saves and she "always has to have something around the house for when we get company."

You know, I did not have such an issue controlling my weight when I was single, it is very simple. All it takes is a change in a few habits and to make sure you do not fall back into that same routine. The hardest part is self control - anyways, that is what it is for me, I know everyone is a little different. Well, perhaps I can salvage some of the day by getting out of the house. I wish it wasn't so darn cold out here today. After a few days of nice spring like weather, we are back into the cold stuff. I'd really love to move to the Sunshine State - I am going to do that one of these days!
