Funny how I seem to accidentally stumble upon awesome websites, or is it really an accident? The Universe is full of surprises. I am on day 11 following an Oprah and Deepak 21 day meditation experience titled ~ Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body and Spirit. (Free of course!) All I can say is all I want to do is listen to it over and over again. Generally I get bored very quickly with anything repetitive. This is the perfect thing to go along with my personal challenge I mentioned last night. Also, a wonderful way to start the new challenge tomorrow: April Wishes Challenge. I am a hard core metal core person. What happened? I am in love with the music on the Oprah and Deepak 21 day meditation experience. I am just going to have to purchase the extended version today. I have never heard such beautiful music!

Hard core metal core, you say? That's awesome! When I was in high school I was into metal, thrash in particular. Now I listen to just about everything.
