Reason for the morning weight gain was the pig out at the Golden Corral yesterday, plus I didn't ride my exercise bike either yesterday. Add the bowl of chili which I forgot to take a pic of to the ones below.

It may sound arrogant but I feel that with my approach I can pig out at a buffet once every week or two, and get right back to my goal weight within a couple of days.
Sorry, no calorie counting or food scales here.
Breakfast was frijoles, bacon, calabasas, fried banana and 2 slices whole wheat toast.
Rode exercycle 46 minutes, 9.18 miles, burning 337 calories.
Finished off the day with a banana and peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread and a glass of milk. Then hit the sack at 6:30 pm, ended up waking up when my girlfriend went to bed and watched tv, stayed awake a couple of hours and then back to sleep.
