Feeling down today,seen podiatrist today and had another injection in heel. It has got to be the most painful shot out there. I might be planning a surgery and I am not thrilled.
Really missing my walks, I was feeling so good after a good walk in the woods. I hope everyone has a great week.

Stick with the shot. I have had them and eventually that heel pain will go away. I know that shot hurts, but it will help!

Hey there, Moonfairie. I consider myself an authority on your foot situation, as I have had two surgeries on both heels. Find a doctor to do a plantar faciotomy. It works ,but not every doctor does this surgery.

Mine went away with lots and lots of physio and and intense course of ultra sound.

Thanks Warren,he has brought it up a couple of times,but he was also talking about physical therapy first. I am feeling down I'll try anything. I was doing great for a week after that first injection. I was walking daily and feeling good. Unfortunately that did not last. Trying real hard to fight this "down' mood. Hope you have a great day.
