Six days of not recording food, and no significant change to weight, so I am very pleased at how this is going so far! This week I will try not weighing every day, another terrifying prospect! However I now know from having logged for the last nine months that even if I were really bad, I couldn't do too much damage in a week! And I'd better get used to not being able to weigh every day. I will miss the reassurance it gives me! Besides which, I'm going to be 'good'. This is strangely exciting! (Giggling about what I just wrote! It is kind of fun, like a dare, or something, hee hee!)

Well done, time will tell. It can take days to metabolise some foods where other foods metabolise fast. I guess next week will be important, although as long as you keep on top of it, then you should be OK. :) I have faith in you optimism is not needed :D

I know what you mean, Heidi. I pretty much know what effect foods are going to have on my weight. I'm rarely surprised when I step on the scale in the mornings. Enjoy!

You're doing so well on this journey, Heidi! And now the 'training wheels' (so to speak) are coming off!! As I mentioned in the Challenge, this is such a promising indicator of your long-terms success . . . i.e., the changes you've made have manifested into just a part of your regular, daily routine which was your ultimate goal, was it not? Nice work!!

I hope so! Still want to get back and lose a bit more over the summer though. I haven't quite reached where I finally want to be. But just want to try and hold steady for the next couple of months if I can.
