Haven't weighed in a while. Last time I did I was up to 150.2 or something again. Seriously? I'm not too worried though because I *am* slimming down. Probably gaining muscle. That's what Jillian workouts will do for ya. My wrists and ankles have been hurting this week though, a little worrisome. Yesterday they hurt bad, but today doesn't seem to be as painful. Wonder if i should try another DVD or just get on the bike/elliptical thing for my workout today.
It's 1:30PM and all I've had today is a packet of oatmeal. Just now starting to feel hungry. Kind of crazy, I haven't been wanting to eat as much this week. I did pig out on taco bell last night though. Couple bean burritos, since that's pretty much all I can eat. Could have been worse if I still ate meat, lol.

Jillian workouts are tooo much for me :( I do the Denise Austin for now. Be careful maybe you got hurt doing the workout.

You are doing fab! Knowing your body is the best thing, and if you are sliming down and noticing it -you on fire! 'They' say if something hurts it means stop. So you should take it easy on the push ups planks ect.. do you think the workout's caused you injury? I think its best to switch your workouts, and since you have been doing overtime w/ jillian you might benefit from it also. Gah, here I talk and i haven't liften a dumbell in DAYS! (months i think) eeek!

Lol. Oops, Cindy! Just remember how good it feels to get in a good workout and feel STRONG! I think maybe all the planks/pushups did upset my wrist, so I've taken the past 2 days off and they seem to be better. I'm just getting OLD! Lol.
