Two steps forward, one step back... plus it's "lady time." But I'm insisting that by October I'll be well on my way to my goal because I only have one year until "the rest of my life."

Also, just joined two challenges - hopefully rededicating myself will be a good kick-start, and reminding myself that this "support group" is here for a reason!

Thank you for your support, it really does help! We all have to focus and sometimes that comes easily and at other times it's so hard it might as well be Everest that we're about to climb. If only we could bottle the strength and deturmination and sprinkle it over ourselves when times are tough. Keep going, we will both get there! XX
