I am doing well with macros - averages for February remain 68% fat, 24% protein, and 8% carbs.

One Idiot Box showed 168.6 and the other showed 170.2 - so I ignore them both for now!

I am excited because on Friday I will get my trainer to do my bodyfat with his calipers. He is better at it than my husband with my home calipers!

MY CURRENT GOALS: Discuss dose changes with endocrinologist, try for lower carb percentage, lift heavier at the gym and see caliper bodyfat move down in February.

MY LONG RANGE GOALS: Body fat at 26% or less and scale weight in the 150's or less

Thanks for explaining the NET carb minus the fiber. I'm not counting carbs per se but was wondering how in the world lchf was possible given some healthy food are high in carbs! Lol. Makes sense now😆

I realized that to be a 130lb women with my activity level, I have to eat like a 130lb women with my activity level and its around 1200 cals a day+work out. A little more cals and little less exercise and boom it back on.
