Right tonight went to the cinema ..... Saw Jane eyre. Good production LONG story. Anyway while I was there I was l looking around and immiditeadly I live in an area where everyone is thin, wealthy and go the women are all housewives so spend their time at the gym.... BUT it made me realise how large I am ( also how tall but that's beside the point). I haven't got angry. Or upset. Just really really dertimined to loose the weight. I know I'm not happy with the way I look but I need to posed and outside of my comfort zone otherwise I get complacent. Anyway going to bed... Early start and busy day! 
